ABOUT ALEC INGOLD
Alec Ingold was a professional football player for the Las Vegas Raiders and is now the fullback for the Miami Dolphins. On the field and off he is all about maximizing potential and sustaining an elite level of motivation. Alec was adopted at birth and grew up in Green Bay, WI. This deep rooted identity battle with adoption has allowed Alec to have a unique perspective in facing his biggest fears and coming out the other side better because of it. FOOTBALL
Physical fullback enters fourth year with the Raiders after joining the club as an undrafted free agent in 2019. Named the team’s Walter Payton Man of the Year nominee. Named a Pro Bowl alternate after helping RB Josh Jacobs become the first rookie in franchise history to rush for 1,000 yards. Career totals include 32 appearances with eight starts, recording 18 receptions for 154 yards with two TDs and 13 rushes for 21 yards.
Played four years at Wisconsin, appearing in 51 games with 11 starts…Totaled 103 carries for 343 yards (3.3 avg.) with 17 TDs…Averaged a rushing TD every 6.1 attempts…Added 14 receptions for 185 yards with four TDs. Three-time Academic All-Big Ten selection. Participant in the Reese’s Senior Bowl, where he was coached by the Raiders’ staff on the North team.
